My big win was trying a new class at the gym. Balance, Agility, and Tactile. It was a challenge. Yeah.

Neuroscience proves that speaking positively to our body works. When I tell my brain to tell my bone marrow to make healthy blood, my hemoglobin results are improved. Im sure the chemo is also helping too.
How has God strengthened you through difficult seasons before?
He always sends me little reminders that He has not left me. It could be a song on the radio or one time it was a bird on my window checking in on me.

Scriptures that he makes evident. Currently Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you. You only need to be still.

Hey Everyone, This is Mary Ward, National Director of First Place. Making myself accountable to you all. Because I had company for the last two days I got off on my meals, but I did manage to make Day 2's breakfast this morning. And I chose the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad from Panera for dinner the previous night. I didn't use any dressing and honestly it didn't need it with all the fruit, nuts and lettuce in the salad. How are you all doing? Remember it's not about perfection. Today I will follow the remainder of the meals for Day 3. What swaps have you made so far?

I enjoy the kale, cabbage, brussels sprouts salad mix at Costco. The calorie on the package looks crazy because of the poppy seed dressing which I use it sparingly.
