Commit + Reset 21-Day Temple Care Challenge First, take a deep breath. You do not have to do this perfectly. You do not need to “catch up.”You do not need to prove anything. You just need to begin. Over the next 21 days, we’ll be focusing on small, sustainable choices that help us care for our bodies, strengthen our minds, and grow in consistency—without guilt or extremes. Tab over to the Classroom and unlock the Challenge. then... ⬇️ Click on the Drop-down menu that says General Discussion and choose the 21-Day Temple Care Community. This is where we'll talk to each other each day. Let us know ⬇️: 1. What’s one thing you’re committed to over the next 21 days? 2. What’s one habit you want to leave behind? Join the Challenge. You’re not doing this alone. Let’s start strong together 💪💛

I am committed to moving everyday for at least 15 mins, and to drink 64 oz of water
Weekends….
Are they your friend…do you relax and chill out or do you catch up on things?

My work week is on week ends, so I work 21 hrs over the 2 days. I am PT due to health issues.. If I was home, I would work outside especially in the spring/summer. In the winter cuddle with my 5 rescue dogs, hot tea and a good book!!

@Sherrie Carroll that's pretty much what I do. Catch up on household chores, and walk my friends fur kids.
Please join us in our conversations ❤️
We will frequently toss out a question for our community, we always look forward to hearing from all of you! So today’s question is…..when was the last time you experienced an Act of Kindness from someone? What was it and how did it make you feel? I will share mine, we live in a very rural area on 60 acres. When working on a project on the property, I try to take everything with me that I will need. I like to use those tall buckets with a stores name on the side. I use them for picking up small branches or carting around my hand tools or carrying bird seed to my feeders, in fact -I LOVE buckets. Recently we have become friends with our new neighbors whose house we can't even see from ours. In conversation I mentioned the buckets, how handy they are. A couple days later a small stack of those buckets showed up on my doorstep. I know buckets are not a big deal, but what was sweet about it was, my neighbor was tuned in to me, and took note of what I was saying, and brought me a gift. Acts of Kindness come in all shapes and sizes, the beauty is, they all fit.

I have a good friend that knows I have some health issues. I walk her 2 dogs for her and somedays I do not feel the best. So she checks on me and says she's praying for me, or will make xtra food at meal times and share them with us.(she's single so she makes big meals). I always feel her thought fullness and care when she does this..
How do you.....
I have come to the conclusion as I try to sort out a morning routine, that it is ok if every morning isn't the same, the demands of each day are different, even though the priorities are the same. A morning routine may not be a one size fits all for each day. What do your mornings look like? Are they the same each day....or are you like me...A morning tweaker?

I am a creature of habit. Same every morning, except on days that I work..
What gets in your way?
Do you have a stumbling block that seems to appear out of no where that gets in the way of your health journey? Is it usually the same one? Do you have a plan to conquer it?
