What's up! Welcome to NinjaFit 🥷 - I'm so excited to have you on this journey with us to become powerful, mobile and shredded ninjas! Please take the first step with us and make a POST in the "Introduction" category (no longer doing comments on this post!) with a quick intro of yourself that includes: 1. Your name 🙋‍♂️ 2. I'll start it off - I'm Raj from Virginia, near DC and I've trained nearly 10 years in martial arts. Starting off with 4-5 years of wrestling and BJJ, then another 4-5 years of a mix of Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Muay Thai. Aside from all this, I love writing and have written short stories since I was 12, even a full sized novel when I was 22 (it's not very good but it was a fun experience)

How to use this Community!
1. Introduce yourself to members in the community on the comment section of "Welcome!" post pinned 📌 on the feed and engage with other's intro posts so you can start forming connections! 2. Go through learnings in the classroom (still currently being updated!) respective to your fitness/kickboxing journey. We are creating modules for beginner and advanced 📚 3. Share your progress, thoughts or questions that you have of your fitness/kickboxing journey (or anything else you think that would be fun/valuable for us) feel free to post in the "Progress Update" tab!🥋 4.Join our regular calls! We have Live Kickboxing Trainings 🥊 💪 at Saturday 4pm EST that will be 30 minutes of guided bagwork/shadowboxing rounds together! Then we have Coffee & Kicks ☕️🥊 live calls Wednesday 1230pm EST where we grab coffee and chat on all things fighting, kickboxing and martial arts, or even topics outside of that! 5. Keep your eye out for our upcoming modules and new Ninja Move learnings 💪. All of which are designed to inspire your growth in becoming full-fledged ninja 🥷

Group BagWork Call Next Monday!
Hey guys, I found a good time on my schedule for a group bagwork session, next Monday 8:30 pm EST. 30 min long, 7 rounds 3 min, 1 min off. It will be open to all striking - boxing or kickboxing. Goal is get work in together! Who can make it 🖐️
