What's up! Welcome to NinjaFit 🥷 - I'm so excited to have you on this journey with us to become powerful, mobile and shredded ninjas! I'll start it off - I'm Raj from Virginia, near DC and I've trained nearly 10 years in martial arts. Starting off with 4-5 years of wrestling and BJJ, then another 4-5 years of a mix of Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Muay Thai. Aside from all this, I love writing and have written short stories since I was 12, even a full sized novel when I was 22 (it's not very good but it was a fun experience)

Improve your high kicks with our Live 30 Minute Mobility/Stretching Training 🧘‍♂️ Fridays 7pm EST ((2x a month-Free users/Weekly-Premium/Bi-Weekly - VIP) Every call has a focus with either - hip & lower back mobility, split stretches, etc 5. Grab a Coffee and hang out in our Coffee & Kicks ☕️🥊 live calls 2x a month on Sundays at 1pm EST where we grab coffee and chat on all things fighting, kickboxing and martial arts, or even topics outside of that! 6. Share your progress, thoughts or questions that you have of your fitness/kickboxing journey (or anything else you think that would be fun/valuable for us) feel free to post in the "Progress Update" tab!🥋 7. 30 min of opening our joints, improving range of motion and allowing us to flow with kicks better! We are targeting lower back and hips so we can improve our kick power and range! See you guys then!

Resistance Band Training?
Whats up guys! Lately I've been getting deep into resistance band training over my typical weights at the gym - and I'm absolutely loving it. Alot of top level fighters use bands a lot more often as their favorite tool to warm up and train. Heres the top reasons for it: ⛓️ Joint-Friendly Tension: Unlike gravity-dependent free weights, bands create smooth, controlled resistance, reducing joint strain while still building muscle. 💪 Variable Resistance: The tension increases the further the band is stretched. This helps target muscles deeply and matches the natural strength curve of your limbs. ✈️ Ultimate Portability: Lightweight and compact, they easily fit into a suitcase or gym bag, allowing you to train anywhere, anytime. 🏋️‍♀️ Versatile & Scalable: Bands can be tailored to all fitness levels, offering everything from assisted pull-ups to explosive athletic and plyometric movements. 🧘‍♂️ Improved Mobility & Rehab: They are ideal for stretching, improving flexibility, and safely re-engaging muscles during physical therapy or recovery.
