Explosive?
I visited another city and the natural food store did not have sea moss gel, only powder.. I realized that I liked being able to shake it on food. When I got to the airport. My bag was screened they tested the powder and determined that it was an explosive. I had the choice to either throw away the $34 powder or check the bag which would cost $no 35 or $40 so I chucked the Irish moss. They are so ridiculous!

I'm so proud of this chef! I've been watching his journey from the very beginning. And though his food looked amazing then, he was extremely overweight. He made a decision that most people never do: to evolve without abandoning who he is. He found healthier alternatives without sacrificing the flavors we grew up on, all while doing what he loves.
