@Dr. Denise Farrell it comes in drips and that's ok. My swim coach is the person who sees me with the least clothes (swimsuit) and she always gives me props.

@Dr. Denise Farrell I appreciate the genuine encouragement and interest. One friend told me she's ready to do something different and she has an appointment with a dietician. Another is being more thoughtful about her eating. They aren't ready to do this program but I am glad to be inspiration when their time is right.

Chips and popcorn in mass quantities
No need for a bigger purse
I'm going to the show tonight to see a certain movie that is more than two hours long. At first I thought oh goody I can take some roasted chickpeas and fruit or something like that. Then my fed up self asked why I needed to take anything especially because the movie is after 8:30 PM. As much as I love getting over on the man, I will not be doing that tonight.

I really convinced myself that no one could see how much weight I gained. Now when others notice the loss, and say something like "your belly was the only thing that was big" or some other reflection, I'm am shaken.
