@Jenifer Grady Love that. You'll also start to notice you may only get props from those that are secure within themselves. I have storieeesss!!! Those stories have made me learn and understand, insecure people will try to place their shame and guilt on you. Not necessarily on purpose, but it happens.

@Jenifer Grady At the end of the day, I'm happy to help where I can....whether it's direct or through the energy of another like yourself. I truly hope the dietician is not just "telling" her what to eat. We all know fruits and veggies are good for us, but it's the mental part....but, hey, i'm preaching to the choir now! :)
