Typical Latin Family?
Hey everyone, I'm very happy to be in this community. I’ll start by sharing my story, it’s probably a familiar one. My parents showed love with food, and our family celebrations (or just any reason really) were built around it. A trip to KFC or McDonald’s was the ultimate reward for… well, anything. Burgers, fries, sodas—that was our normal. I grew up completely addicted to carbs and overeating, and breaking out of that cycle feels incredibly difficult. I’m here because I’m ready to try. I’m looking forward to learning from all of you and implementing real changes, hopefully with the help and support of this community. I’m going to try my best to invite at least 10 of my friends to join. Maybe we can all do this together in 2026.... that would be so cool. In the meantime, I’d love any advice you’re willing to share. I’m saving up right now, so I’m not sure when I’ll have the money for one-on-one coaching, but I can't wait and I’m here to learn and grow with all of you. Let’s do this.
Typical Latin Family?
How I met Danielle and what has changed my life in a significant way.
Hi everyone, I'm Cuong and I was born and raised in Vietnam. I am from the South of Vietnam. I wouldn't have been here if I hadn't met Danielle during her short time travelling and living in Vietnam. I got out of my home to wander around Ho Chi Minh city. I was looking at her while driving through her, and I decided to turn around, stop her for a little while, and spark up a thorough conversation with her within more than 1 hour. Finally, I got her WhatsApp phone number and it happened in 2023 (It's been nearly 3 years). It was my intention to talk to Danielle because I believed that she would be a good one. I got only three days to meet and converse with her. On her final day, I stood a chance of having a cozy and warm dinner with her at the soup small local restaurant before saying goodbye to her at the airport and the treat was on me, obviously. That was the moment I'd never forget in my entire life, surely confirmed. Eventually, I gave a lift to the airport next morning and we took a selfie together with my stuffed animal reindeer. We have always had our chit-chat on WhatsApp, almost every single day, I'd say. I was such a big boy in 2023, but I was not that too fat since I had exercised regularly in order to cut down weight and keep my body healthy. I got to know her little by little every day and found out that she is good at giving advice and specializes in nutrition and losing weight. She has advised me to remove carbs permanently in order for me to see very remarkable changes inside of my inner body and focused on nutritious food and animal fat. I did not think about anything at all and I followed her advice since July. I only go for a walk two to three times per week in order for me to improve my mood and get myself going. What I have achieved so far after following her advice on diet: 1. Cutting down on weight (154.32 lbs to 119.04 lbs). 2. V-shaped torso. 3. ABS (It's coming soon). 4. Wide lats and well-built shoulders. 5. Improve mood. 6. Enhance my agility and physicality.

Excited to start my journey here
Hi everyone, I'm Shadi from Jordan. I’m excited to join this community and be part of a group that’s focused on making real changes. The last time I got on scale I was 104kgs and I was like "Ok, this is serious and it's time to take control of my health again". I've managed to lose weight before and weighted 84kgs back then but that was 2 years ago, I was on a low-carb diet but it was exhausting and I suffered from fatigue and keto-flu like symptoms, maybe because my nutritionist asked me to avoid sault. Anyway that exhaustion drove me to quit dieting for a while. My main exercise back then was cycling on zwift (which I still pay for without cycling) I got on a carb cycling diet and it seemed like cheating haha, I mean there were days when I ate more than I usually do, my coach was an amazing guy but I honestly couldn't commit. My main goal is to lose the extra weight, get in shape and learn from you guys healthy habits, how to build them and be committed. Yes, to be mentioned, discipline isn't my strong suit, and thats why I gain weight back. I joined this community because I believe surrounding myself with supportive people will keep me motivated. Looking forward to learning from all of you, sharing my wins and struggles, and supporting each other on this journey.
