What do you do for work and how do you manage?
Staying on track feels impossible with a full-time job (mechanic). Between the commute, the stress, and just being wiped out at the end of the day, keeping my diet straight is the hardest part of this whole journey. I’m curious how you guys make it work. Hit the poll and shout out your job in the comments. Maybe we can steal each other's best tricks. POLL QUESTION: What's your biggest diet challenge at work? ➕ Sound off below. What do you do, and what's your #1 hack to survive the grind without quitting on yourself?

@Anthony Smits Stress is no good and sitting all day either but all the best! What are you launching?
Lunch on the run.
In town, running around. Shopping, sorting things we couldn't over the phone ... And so... FOOD? We could go to a coffee bar and buy... water. We could go to the bakery and buy... water. We could go to the gas station and buy ... water. Not many places open now tourist season is over. The options didn't appeal. So we went to the supermarket and got a hot chicken.

Any Former or Current Sugar Addicts in Here... My #1 Craving Killer
If you're struggling some days with carb cravings, or even craving alcohol, this supplement is like a golden ticket to freedom to help you transition away from carb binging. It's 𝗟-𝗚𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲. It's a really cheap supplement anyone can get online, you pop one of those before going somewhere you know you're going to be tempted, and you can be staring at a dozen free donuts, and not even want a bite. Or even about 15 minutes before any meal where your old nemesis will be. It's also really good for protecting your DNA, transporting nitrogen to your muscles, and protecting against lesions and ulcers.

Typical Latin Family?
Hey everyone, I'm very happy to be in this community. I’ll start by sharing my story, it’s probably a familiar one. My parents showed love with food, and our family celebrations (or just any reason really) were built around it. A trip to KFC or McDonald’s was the ultimate reward for… well, anything. Burgers, fries, sodas—that was our normal. I grew up completely addicted to carbs and overeating, and breaking out of that cycle feels incredibly difficult. I’m here because I’m ready to try. I’m looking forward to learning from all of you and implementing real changes, hopefully with the help and support of this community. I’m going to try my best to invite at least 10 of my friends to join. Maybe we can all do this together in 2026.... that would be so cool. In the meantime, I’d love any advice you’re willing to share. I’m saving up right now, so I’m not sure when I’ll have the money for one-on-one coaching, but I can't wait and I’m here to learn and grow with all of you. Let’s do this.

@Danielle Wright Thank you! Looking forward to doing the 6 weeks challenge and seeing my life actually transform. I think that you should create a booklet for the general rules of the eating plan.. Just a thought. Have a great day!
