Tonight, before taking a shower, I did a slow jog for about thirty minutes while reading a book. It felt really good to sweat a little. I like how I can use my time well and do two things at the same time. I was reading The Secret, and the book made me feel calm and relaxed. I think I want to do this again tomorrow.
