It’s almost the end of the year, and Christmas is just around the corner.A lot of companies are getting ready for their Christmas parties and year-end events.Some people are busy planning party nights with their coworkers. At our temple, we’re doing something a little different.We’re having a DIY handcraft class, and it’s been a really special experience. This month has been busy, but in a good way.There’s a lot going on, and I feel very fulfilled. With all the lights, decorations, and activities,everything feels warm and festive. Even though we’re busy,there’s a strong Christmas vibe everywhere,and it really makes me feel happy and grateful.

I was really sad about the news yesterday. There was a shooting, and it happened at Bondi Beach. I love that place, so it really shocked me.

Tonight, before taking a shower, I did a slow jog for about thirty minutes while reading a book. It felt really good to sweat a little. I like how I can use my time well and do two things at the same time. I was reading The Secret, and the book made me feel calm and relaxed. I think I want to do this again tomorrow.

My practice 4-1
Last week, I took a short trip to Melbourne. It was nice to have a small break. While I was there, I went to a doctor because my skin felt very itchy. The doctor checked it and gave me some medicine, so I felt much better. I also spent the weekend with my boyfriend. We went to a big shopping mall. It was Black Friday, so the mall was full of people. There were many discounts, and everything felt fun and busy. I found a new dress, and I really liked it, so I bought it. My boyfriend also bought a pair of shoes he wanted. We walked around, took our time, and enjoyed the day. We also grabbed some snacks and just relaxed. The trip was short, but it felt special. I fixed my skin problem, had a good time with my boyfriend, and enjoyed shopping. I think I want to visit Melbourne again soon.
