Do I need to cut back on deliveroo?
The article talks about how the writer realised he orders delivery too often, and even the delivery driver knows his name. He discusses the pros and cons of food delivery. It’s very convenient, fast and often comes with discounts or priority service. But on the other hand, it can make people lazy, unhealthy and spend more money. In the end, he suggests cooking more and spending a bit of time preparing food instead of always relying on delivery. 句子練習: 💡they know how to keep you hooked 他們很懂如何讓你上癮 例: Netflix keeps me hooked. 💡To be clear, + 我先說清楚 例: To be clear, I’m not against delivery food. 💡It’s becoming too much of a habit. Coffee is becoming too much of a habit. 💡It’s understandable that… It’s understandable people don’t want to cook. 💡that would require effort. I could go to the gym… but that requires effort. 💡X is the … equivalent of Y X就像Y 例:Instagram is the modern equivalent of a diary.

Do I need to cut back on deliveroo?
My husband and I went to an outdoor wedding yesterday. The bride is his high school classmate. Most of his classmates came with their families, and their kids were mostly in elementary school or kindergarten. When I saw them taking care of their kids during the wedding, I realized how free I feel now. My older daughter is about to go to university, and my younger daughter even called me to tell me she was making lunch. Everything really is a process. My husband was so happy to see his classmates. They never ran out of things to talk about. What a beautiful day!

Aww, your daughter is going to university already. Time really flies, doesn’t it? My wedding was also held outdoors, too. I really enjoyed.
Hello
Hello everyone, my English is very basic; I can only use Google Translate. I hope to improve until I can understand spoken English and speak it.

Lemon water
I saw some articles and reels that said lemons are good for the body, so I bought a box of lemons these days. This morning, I drank lemon water. I also searched online and chose one article to read. https://www.health.com/daily-lemon-water-benefits-11831207 I think many people like lemon water because it is easy and cheap to make. It helps keep your body hydrated and supports your immune system, heart, and skin. However, some experts say the acid in lemons can hurt your teeth or contribute to acid reflux, so you should be careful.
