DAY 3|主題:《Discipline is Doing Things When You Don't Want to》

When I saw the short title "Discipline is doing things when you don't want to," I interpreted it as "duty" or "compulsion." However, when Mel explained it with examples and compared it to "habit," I easily caught its meaning. In just a few sentences, she made it clear that discipline means consciously using self-control and willpower to do something even when you don't want to, which is different from a habit. In short, this made me realize that using "examples" is a nice way to describe or explain what I want to say, and I don't need to use any complicated words. I just need to practice expressing myself in simple language so the listener can understand my ideas more easily and clearly.
