What I learnt from this podcast
is that speaking English isn’t hard
because my English is weak.
It’s hard because my mouth isn’t trained yet.
A lot of English learners train their brain.
We watch movies, listen to music,
and read in English.
But we almost never train our mouth muscles.
That’s why our mouth freezes
when it’s time to speak.
Because speaking English is not only in your head.
It’s both mental and muscular.
Your brain chooses the words,
but your mouth carries them out.
If your mouth is untrained,
your confidence goes down.
The podcast suggests a simple daily workout.
Just five minutes a day,
like a small English gym at home.
Warm-up, mirror practice,
shadow speaking, and fluency loops.
The key point is confidence.
Your brain is the pilot,
and your mouth is the airplane.
You need to train both, every day
