I work for a startup called Splandid. It is a Field Service Management tool with a unique combination of ERP, CRM and planning. Our focus is the SME customer.
The tool has been built over the last 3 years and now we have to look more deeply into UX.
Question: I like to facilitate a workshop of approx 2 hours to make a big step in UX feature requests for the dev team. What kind of team should I invite? (devops guys too?) and what can be a good format for this workshop? In other words what could be a good question to start with?
