Innovation culture
Hi there !! ✌️
Have you ever worked on the implementation of a real "innovation culture" in an organization?
There are elements that seem to me to be essential for this to be possible, such as
- communicating clearly about the process
- encouraging experimentation
- allowing failure
- setting up pilot projects that will serve as examples
- having the support of the management
Do you see any other components that are essential to the successful deployment of a culture of innovation ?
