I facilitated my first workshop!
I manage a 1400 head goat dairy with 9 employees. I switched our normal monthly meeting where I do all of the talking to an LDJ. The team decided on issue, created a solution and by the end of the day they completed the actions steps to make it happen. And of course their main issue was something I did not expect. Some folks were a bit reluctant in the beginning of the session but at the very end everyone wanted to jump into the next HMW question. We are definitely going to be running more of these! Thank you for the fundamentals course and this community for your experience. We’re hooked!
