How to replace a full-day of PowerPoint presentations
Hi Facilitators,
in 6 weeks, 40 Data Scientists from 12 different teams spread across many countries will gather in Prague. They mostly don't know the colleagues from the other teams - and the purpose of their coming to Prague is to get to know each other.
The default option is to give each of the 12 teams a 20-minute presentation slot. But... That's 240 minutes (4 hours) of presentations.
Do you have any ideas for a more interactive way to achieve the purpose (give every team a chance to present what they do & learn about what the others do)?
