Hello Everyone, I am happy to be a new member of this community. I am currently working as a Global Product Launch Manager at an Austrian lighting manufacturer with +6000 employees. In the latest months I have been enjoying the workshop facilitator role for our go to market process development workshops. In this way I have discovered that I have a talent for this subject, that I could develop, so I've started following AJ & Smart posts, which I always find interesting.
