Facilitating a Global Steering Committee

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are doing well. I needed some inputs on an upcoming Leadership Event.

I'm doing a program with Senior leaders (It's a Global Steering Committee comprised of CEOs from various regions across the world and a Board Member) for a Logistics Company. The objective of the Steering Committee is to bring about a change in the current way the company is run. Wherein they currently operate in their silos but now want to bring alignment in the way all the units across the globe work. This would ensure that their clients get the same experience no matter with whom and where they interact.

Wanted your inputs specifically on if you have any ideas around activities/interventions that can be done in such a scenario. And if you have any ideas around an Icebreaker for such a session. The participant numbers will be 6 to 8 people. The session is one Day long.
