Exploring the 4C's
Okay, you've got to design a short-form workshop for one day or less.
You know the Design Sprint is to long for the narrow slot you've been given, so what do you do?
A great option is to pull out the tried and tested 4C's framework:
COLLECT => CHOOSE => CREATE => COMMIT
as superbly laid out in Jonathan's book "The Workshopper Playbook".
What I would like to ask you is, what is your personal favourite go-to exercise for the four different sections, and why.
