Personal Narrative
Hey guys!
I was working on my personal narrative and hoping I could maybe get some feedback on it. Does it capture your attention? Too wordy? Any critique or advice would be greatly appreciated.
"Hi. I’m Jessica Sadtler. I am a director of Rehab services at a skilled nursing facility with a background in Occupational Therapy.
As an occupational therapist with leadership experience, I have seen firsthand how the right medical technology can transform patient outcomes. I’ve also seen the challenges clinicians face with adapting to new products. I want to bridge the gap and empower independence through innovation to make a broader impact. I also want to stay ahead of the industry and help with the evolving populations and rapidly evolving technology.
What sets me apart is my ability to fill that void between clinical care and innovation. As an OT, I bring deep understanding of patient needs, clinical workflow, and challenges that healthcare providers face daily. I can go beyond selling a product--I can be a trusted consultant with strong collaboration, education, and influence to build long-term relationships."
