Good evening! Pelvic Floor Awareness has been added. This quadrant will unlock after 30 days. Before moving into pelvic floor health, I encourage you to spend time working through the Stress & Inflammation series. Many women focus on the symptom itself—leaking, urgency, pressure, pain, tension, weakness, prolapse, discomfort, without first looking at the environment those symptoms developed in. The pelvic floor does not function in isolation. It responds to the state of the entire system. When stress remains high, recovery remains low, inflammation remains elevated, breathing patterns change, muscles compensate, and the body adapts to survive. Over time, these adaptations can influence how the pelvic floor functions. Understanding your stress load, inflammation triggers, compensation patterns, and nervous system state creates a stronger foundation before addressing the pelvic floor itself. The goal is not chasing symptoms. The goal is understanding the conditions that may be contributing to them. The more clearly you understand the body as a connected system, the more effective your next steps become. I look forward to guiding you through this next section. ❤️
