SweatCheck is a paid community. Everyone here invested in themselves and in each other. Protect that by following these guidelines. --- DO THIS: POST YOUR CHECK-INS This is not a passive course. Post your workouts, meals, progress, and struggles. A 10-second video of you finishing your last set counts. Do it. SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY Like posts. Leave comments. Celebrate wins. ASK QUESTIONS No question is too basic. Use Ask the Coach โ€” questions get read. SHARE WHAT'S WORKING Meal prep wins, PRs โ€” your wins motivate someone who's struggling. BE SPECIFIC WITH QUESTIONS More detail = better answers. --- DON'T DO THIS: NO SPAM OR SELF-PROMOTION NO NEGATIVITY OR JUDGMENT NO UNSOLICITED ADVICE THAT CONTRADICTS THE PROGRAM โ€” use Ask the Coach NO GHOSTING โ€” if life gets in the way, post about it --- Violations can mean removal. If you're reading this, you made a decision. You invested in yourself. That matters. Here's everything you need to know to get the most out of SweatCheck. --- STEP 1: INTRODUCE YOURSELF Head to the Introductions section and post: - Your name - Where you're training from - Your #1 fitness goal right now - One thing you want to stop making excuses about Don't overthink it. Just post. The community is waiting. --- STEP 2: START THE CLASSROOM Go to the Classroom tab โ†’ "Welcome to SweatCheck" module. Watch the coach intro video first. Then go through the modules in order. The Foundation Training Program starts there. That's your first 4 weeks. --- STEP 3: MARK YOUR CALENDAR Every week inside SweatCheck: MONDAY โ€” Weekly Challenge drops. Participate. Post your submission. WEDNESDAY โ€” Live Q&A with your coach, 6:00 PM PT. Show up with your questions. FRIDAY โ€” Member Spotlight. Could be you. Stay active. SUNDAY โ€” New Workout of the Week drops in the Classroom. --- STEP 4: USE THE CATEGORIES Announcements โ€” Updates and news. Check here first. Introductions โ€” Your first post goes here. Workout Wins / Workouts โ€” Post your workouts, progress pics, PRs. Nutrition Corner โ€” Recipes, meal questions, macro help. Weekly Challenges โ€” This week's challenge thread lives here.
