Head to the Introductions section and post:

- Your #1 fitness goal right now
- One thing you want to stop making excuses about

Go to the Classroom tab โ "Welcome to SweatCheck" module.
Watch the coach intro video first. Then go through the modules in order.
The Foundation Training Program starts there. That's your first 4 weeks.

MONDAY โ Weekly Challenge drops. Participate. Post your submission.
WEDNESDAY โ Live Q&A with your coach, 6:00 PM PT. Show up with your questions.
FRIDAY โ Member Spotlight. Could be you. Stay active.
SUNDAY โ New Workout of the Week drops in the Classroom.
