Since rubber-soled shoes became popular in the 1960s, we've slowly disconnected ourselves from the ground. Modern humans are becoming more and more “ungrounded”:Easily anxious. Constantly tired. Struggling to relax. What I want to say is simple—It’s not that you lack energy. You’ve just been unplugged. 🌿 What Is Grounding?
