Today is a gentle invitation to pause and take a moment for yourself. To check in… to breathe… and to put yourself first, even just for a little while. --- If you feel like you need that today… I’d love to invite you to join me tonight for a self-care circle at 8pm BST 🤍 A space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. --- Inside the session, we’ll: – take a moment to pause and settle – explore some gentle reflection – and move into some guided self-touch to help you relax --- You’re welcome to bring: – a pen and paper if you’d like to reflect – a body lotion, oil, or butter for the self-touch part And if you can, create a little peaceful space for yourself… but if not, just come as you are. --- There’s no pressure to be there exactly at 8pm — you can join whenever you’re able. 🌿 Wellness Wednesday
Today feels like a really good reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be big or perfect… Sometimes it’s just about taking one small step forward. --- For me today, that’s looked like working on my Finding Steady Ground – 7 Day Reset 🤍 It’s now fully planned out, the tracker is done, and I’ll be recording the videos on Friday and getting everything uploaded ready for the weekend. I’m also designing the worksheet tonight, so it’s all coming together, which feels really exciting ✨ --- I’ve also created a space in the classroom for Self-Care Circle replays, which I’ll start building up after tomorrow’s session. And just a little reminder… Our next Self-Care Circle is tomorrow 🤍 --- Something else I’m really excited about… Anyone already in this community will have access to the next level of support if they want it, including: – the full 7 Day Reset – weekly support circles where you can ask questions and get guidance – the option to submit questions in advance (so there’s no pressure to be on the live) – timestamps so you can go straight to what you need All designed to take away that overwhelm and make things feel more accessible and supportive. And for those of you already here, you’ll be able to access this completely free 🤍 --- I’ll also be going through the reset alongside you, sharing my own thoughts and reflections as I go, and I’m always open to feedback so I can keep improving it and make it as supportive as possible. --- So today I’d love to ask you: What is one small thing you’ve done today to support yourself? I’ve just arrived at the salon… Today is more of a working on my business day rather than working in it, as I don’t have any clients booked in. And before I jump straight into doing… I’m going to pause. I’m going to take a few minutes for some focused meditation, just to calm the busyness of my mind and create a bit of clarity before I start. --- Because it’s so easy to go straight into: “What do I need to get done today?” When actually… What we really need is to slow down first. --- So today, I want to gently invite you to do the same: Can you pause for a moment and check in with yourself… How are you feeling today? --- And instead of asking: “What do I need to do today?” Try asking: “What do I need today?” --- It might be: – a moment to breathe – a slower pace – support – or just a bit more kindness towards yourself --- Even a small pause can shift everything 🤍

🌱 Intentional Monday
As we move into a new week… I just want to gently remind you: You don’t need to do everything all at once. You don’t need to have the whole week figured out. And you don’t need to start from a place of pressure. --- Instead… What would it look like to begin this week with a little more intention? Not a long list. Not a plan that feels overwhelming. Just a gentle focus. --- This week, I’m choosing to be intentional with how I move through my time. Taking action in my business… while also being aware of taking care of myself alongside it. Not pushing to the point of burnout. Not losing myself in everything that needs doing. But finding a sense of harmony between business and home. --- Because both matter. And neither needs to come at the expense of the other. --- So this week, I’m focusing on: 👉 taking small, consistent steps forward 👉 protecting my energy and capacity 👉 staying present in both my work and my home life --- So today, I’d love you to gently ask yourself: What feels most important for me this week? and How do I want to feel as I move through it? --- You don’t have to do it all. Just start where you are 🤍
