Today feels like a really good reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be big or perfect… Sometimes it’s just about taking one small step forward. --- For me today, that’s looked like working on my Finding Steady Ground – 7 Day Reset 🤍 It’s now fully planned out, the tracker is done, and I’ll be recording the videos on Friday and getting everything uploaded ready for the weekend. I’m also designing the worksheet tonight, so it’s all coming together, which feels really exciting ✨ --- I’ve also created a space in the classroom for Self-Care Circle replays, which I’ll start building up after tomorrow’s session.
