You are not beneath anyone.
One of the most devastating attacks on a woman's spirit is an unsupportive mother-in-law who sees her daughter-in-law as "beneath" her. Years of enduring the psychological impact of such a dynamic can leave a woman believing that she is, in fact, beneath others. Let me be clear: I am not beneath OR above anyone, and neither are you. Here's the fix: Queen of Swords + Queen of Wands The Queen of Swords is very much "Ice Queen" energy. She has the power to freeze a moment and examine every angle with cool, detached logic. Emotions evaporate when she enters the chat. The Queen of Wands, by contrast, *takes* emotional energy and transforms it into action. Fire energy is your willpower. Next time you feel this or any other emotional sucker punch, use ice to isolate the emotion, to feel it physically, then channel that fire into controlled, aligned action. Kind of like entering an igloo for shelter from a storm, then building a fire therein to keep warm. Emotions are just energy that can be used as fuel. The only question is what will you do with it? #TraumaInformed #TendYourWell #tarotfortraumarecovery #neuroplastichealing

You are not beneath anyone.
Romans 15:13
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

There's a voice in your head that isn't yours...
And it's hurting you. I'm here to help you make it stop. The first step is to confront it. You don't have to face it alone anymore. Not here in the Garden. So... What's one thing you really wish your brain would quit telling you?

Plant Your (Inner) Garden by the Light of the Moon
December 2025 Before we can plant the seeds of Sovereignty (winning the battle for YOUR free will), we must first take a look at the soil those seeds will rest within. Now’s a good time for that work. The Farmer’s Almanac offers advice based on cycles of the moon. Seems reasonable to me based on experience, so my foundation is built on the moon cycles. The next seed planting phase begins December 20th. We have time to prepare, and it’s important not to skip the preparation phase. For the first three days of December, your task is to examine what is in alignment with your will. Start by refining your daily routines and honing the skills you already employ daily. You can choose one small thing to focus on. I began with a spiritual practice every morning. From there, it’s basically task-stacking. The skills you possess will become obvious the more you repeat this monthly cycle, so don’t worry if you can’t immediately identify which skill to hone. Bonus Tip: Crying releases hormones essential to mental and emotional health: - Endorphins - Oxytocin - Prolactin - Cortisol - and more! (See the cited sources at the end for links.) From the 5th through the 10th, focus on what your goals are and express gratitude daily. Even if it’s just one goal and one thing for which you are grateful, make this a daily practice. Take a caveman's perspective on abundance. Imagine how impressed a troglodyte would be to have all the things we have. Even better if it’s just one small thing. That’s sustainable, and that’s the goal. Seeds take time to grow roots. Gardens take time to grow and bloom. Trust the process. One goal you can think about every day. One thing you are grateful for every day. It can be the same thing every day. It’s okay and even good to start small because that’s how we build a lasting structure. Start looking at abundance like a caveman. As you focus on goals and gratitude, anything that is out of alignment will surface. Make a note. Hand writing in a journal every day is ideal because it signals your brain to pay attention. Use whatever method works for you, but there’s science backing that one.

Welcome, traveler.
The beacon is lit. The gate is open. Welcome to the Garden. If you’re here, it’s probably because you’ve endured a life-altering traumatic experience and everything is spinning out of control. You’re in the right place. I began my journey learning to regulate my emotions and restructure my beliefs over three years ago. I took notes. Thorough notes. Now that I’ve made it this far up the mountain, I’m strong enough to reach a hand back for whoever happens to be there–where I was–and needs the assist. Ideally, you’ll have escaped whatever caused that trauma or gotten as far as you can. You’ll have the appropriate mental health support in place. Think of me as an additional resource, a lighthouse keeper: I have claimed my patch of the collective human unconsciousness, established my own unshakeable foundation, and am ready to share the Sanctuary I have spent years building with others while teaching them how to build their own. What led you here, traveler? My guess, you’ve done the work of healing and now you’re kinda stuck at integrating. All that work… feels like you’ve been prepping for some big test, right? There’s some invisible finish line that you aren’t sure you’ve crossed. You might even be thinking you missed it. You didn’t. You’ve terraformed your own inner landscape. You’re stable. Secure. Safe. The next step is to become unshakable. It all starts with building your Sanctuary (a lighthouse surrounded by a garden, in my case) on a solid foundation. I’d like you to start with one core belief that no one would dare to violate unless they’re willing to stand in direct opposition to God Himself: Do not fck with anyone’s agency; and don’t allow anyone to fck with yours. I love God and the f-word. He knows who I am. Don't @ me, bro. Trauma survivors eventually understand that what the narcissistic attacks aim to destroy is your will. This is why healing begins with restructuring your beliefs starting with that first one. Even IF someone dares to fck with your agency, you will hold your ground and KNOW that they’re wrong.

Beyond the Valley of the Shadow of Death, the Garden awaits. I’ll be here holding MY ground, beacon ignited, a warm cup of coffee brewing as we speak.
