I have both the Cal Sync and the Binder App, for which I purchased licences. I have had no problem activating my Cal-Sync licence, but my Binder licence returns a message saying it is invalid. Your code mask on the App has 4 groups of 4 characters whereas my key seems to have 5 groups of 4 characters. Can you assist me please?

Hi, I have just got the application and it goes into a loop, connect device, add KEY. Then nothing happens, notes KEY is valid. But all itmes are locked. Enter KEY again same thing.😶‍🌫️
