Hi I purchased both CalSync and Binder. CalSync is working fine, however I cannot get my Binder license to validate. I've tried it with both with and without the "EP-" prefix. Attempting to add my license gives the error message "Upgrade failed. Please ensure the entered license key is valid. If it’s invalid, you can unlock the desired features below." I am on Mac Silicon (M1). I have downloaded and installed the latest release from the download link - so it is Binder 5.0.17

Just purchased the software to sync calendars and cannot download it to my Remarkable Move app. Why is that and how do I integrate this software? Am feeling very ripped off right now. Hope it's me.

Somehow in the process of adding some templates I deleted all of the standard RM templates. Tried to restore them, but they didn’t comeback…have been thinking about the template bundle, but figure I should get this part figured out first…thoughts?

Hi, I'm attempting to link my Binder application via laptop (v2.3.1) with my reMarkable2 (v3.27.1.0). When I go to General Settings>Storage I can see the button for enabling USB interface, but it will not let me activate it. Have attempted with Pen, finger, using the force, etc. with no luck. What am I missing? Thanks for the help!
