Customer Support Lacking
I recently purchased CalSync for my Supernote A5X. It took most of the day to setup and work through issues and figuring out that the Google Calendars had to be set to public in order to populate on the planner. I sync via Supernote Cloud but it hasn't preserved any of my handwriting. I've reached out to CalSync via email and chat as I've encountered problems but there's been no response.

My calendar updates aren't being added.
I have the iCal feed from Google Calendar. I've added several events for today to my calendar. When I analyze the feed in Calsync's planner editor, they're all being collected. But they're not appearing in my reMarkable calendar. It's been several hours. That's not normal. I've done both manual and automatic updates.

I am a Chromebook user to a Remarkable Pro tablet. What CalSync version do I use to install on my computer to LINK my tablet?

There is no native Chromebook installation (Android APK or Linux version) of the CalSync desktop app by eInkPads. CalSync is strictly a desktop application built for macOS and Windows. However, you can still link your reMarkable Paper Pro or reMarkable 2 using one of the following methods depending on your setup: Option 1: Use eP Cloud (Recommended for Chromebooks) eInkPads offers eP Cloud, a server-side cloud service included with CalSync Pro/Business plans. This eliminates the need to run local desktop software on a computer: 1. Access the web portal at epcalsync.com from your Chromebook browser. 2. Link your calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud). 3. Pair your tablet once via reMarkable Cloud Sync. 4. eP Cloud automatically generates and pushes updated planners directly to your reMarkable over Wi-Fi without needing a local app installed. Option 2: Linux (Beta / Wine) on Chromebook If you have Linux (Beta) enabled on your Chromebook (Settings > About ChromeOS > Linux development environment): - You can attempt running the Windows .exe version of CalSync using Wine or Bottles in the Linux container. - Note: This workaround requires technical setup, and USB/Direct Wi-Fi device detection through ChromeOS Linux containers can be unreliable. Option 3: Generate Planners via Universal Mode / Web If you only need to upload calendar planners: 1. Log into your CalSync / eInkPads web account. 2. Generate your PDF planner using Universal Mode. 3. Drag and drop the generated PDF into the my.remarkable.com web interface or the official reMarkable Web/Android App on your Chromebook.

Suggestion for calendar sync
Despite the colorful image in the ads, typical CalSync users would have a single color in their calendar events, as color is per calendar, which makes It a bit less interesting. I am an Outlook Calendar user, and use 7 or 8 categories which help me organizing though coloring each event in terms of its category (blue lessons, red research meetings, etc). I was wondering if It could be possible for the app to give the users the choice between using a per-calendar color and inheriting the color of each event from its own color (category) in the original calendar? I think It could make the planner much more useful.
