Developer mode - Eink Pads & Remarkable Beta

Back Story info: Own both the Move and Paper Pro. Both are enrolled in the remarkable Beta Program.

Relevant Info: To use Eink Pads software and templates, must put into developer mode.

Question: From Group perspective and experience:

Can you be in developer mode and also enrolled in the remarkable beta program?
Does being in both developer mode and enrolled in the remarkable beta program inherit bugs and issues?
Using/employing the Eink Pads software while in developer and beta create addition bugs or issues?
Where does the Eink Pads templates reside on the device? In the template tab or the RM Methods tab or is another tab created(when making a new notebook)?
How does the move or paper pro display the Einkpads template icons...does it play well with showing all the other template icons?
