What is the trick to get the WiFi connection to my RM2 No matter how many ways I try, I can't get it to work with CalSync. Im not a cable person !

Use a Hotspot: Connect both your laptop and RM2 to a Mobile Hotspot (phone or laptop). Force 2.4 GHz: If using a hotspot or router, ensure it is set to the 2.4 GHz band. The RM2 is often unstable on 5 GHz. Stay on the "License" Screen: On your RM2, open Settings > Help > Copyrights & Licenses. Keeping this screen open prevents the device from "sleeping" the connection while CalSync tries to find it. If the Hotspot works, your router is the problem.

@Greg Carter for me i toggled the setting ON and then OFF again, followed by a 15-second hard restart (hold the power button until the screen refreshes)....and it worked

Events Limit
Is it possible to get a planner that will support more than 2000 events in CalSync?

There is no software cap on the number of events it can sync from your Google or Outlook calendars. The only practical limit is the physical space available on the planner pages.

Switch to the Vault Edition.. This is the only version of CalSync designed to support "unlimited" events. (Shorten the Date Range... Generate a planner for 3 or 6 months instead of a full year to stay under the limit.)

Update
Thanks for the quick update..Just installed latest and the carousel toggle seems much more stable now. The 'big square' on the lock screen is gone, and the setting actually stayed off after a quick restart. I see the work and appreciate it.. P.s.I am curious how syncing and the apps work when you have two separate tablets. Do they share syncing? If I write notes on one, do they show on the other?

Use RM system date when opening Planner
Since RM uses a Linux kernel, is it possible for a planner to open on the current date based on system date? I realize the planner is just a pdf files and links. Is it possibly using a cross reference to the Julian date? I'm sure there are many other dependencies

@Jason Smith my RM2 is stuck in Sleep Mode. I put in on overnight charging and then picked it up this morning it would not come out of Sleep Mode. Pressing the power-button for any amount of time results in the backlight going bright twice, and that's it.
