There are so many small things we can do to help us live more in alignment with our nervous systems. Things which don’t need to take a lot of time and in part are reminders, things we already often know, but we don’t give ourselves time or discount them as they don’t seem important enough. But. I promise you this, nervous system alignment is cumulative, small changes add up, and before long a lot of the niggles, niggle less, our energy frees up and we can start to do more of what we love. We spend so much time not valuing ourselves and small changes, and this in itself prevents the body the feeling safe and seen, so doing something small and showing up and investing in you in itself is a huge win.
