What's your favorite SPICE? ✨ I'm probably gonna stay on the spices theme for another week or two. I've done cinnamon, vanilla, black pepper, cumin, nutmeg and Mace. What spice should I do a video on next?

My little yellow flowers are starting to show up in my yard. I just really hope we don't have another freeze that will kill them off. I forgot to share this pic the other day when I took it.

Life snuck up on me and zapped my strength and energy this week. Maybe the pressure changes make everything worse? I don't know and it's been interesting to record it each day I can, along with the sun & moon rises & sets. 🌞🌚 Moose sightings are always fun with a good snowfall. Moose at school drop off? Not so fun. Brought out the mama bear in me! 🐻 There's an alien plant in my pothos- need to identify it. Seedlings are doing good and we have some new sprouts. How late is too late to be out with your snowblower? 🤔😂

A lavender shortbread cookie with a latte. ‘ Urban-Foraged’ (Totally capitalistic consumerism) but all was not lost I spotted James, a UF student, studying, and touched his shoulder inquiring how he was. He shared difficulty recalling information during exams… I asked “Do you know about ‘Rosemary For Remembrance’ ? He said ?!?! I explained, encouraging him to fact check it, and added that it also works with Lavender or Mint. Cotton-ball with a drop of essential oil in pocket to whiff during exams (must be same scent as used during studying!)
