I foraged some Yaupon leaves today. It grows abundantly in the woods all ‘round and about here. Sorry photo is dark - it’s night time.

I’m experimenting. I switched from coffee to decaffeinated coffee, then roasted dandelion root, chicory, acorn, roasted figs, medicinal mushroom substitutes and lately roasting and grinding date pits and brewing those.

1 1/2 days that tomato plant was stripped bare. They ate five, green tomatoes without a pause.

@Jeff Dugan Correct, You are very knowledgeable. It is so exotic looking. I’ve read warnings that eating day Lillies can upset your tummy, and beginners should start with small amounts.
