One of my favorites! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸŒ±βœ¨ This video is for educational purposes only; proper identification is essential before consuming any wild plant. @Jeanne Dickman Finding good information on human use has been tricky for this one. I did read a paper a couple years ago showing concentration of the anti-nutrients being less in the immature seeds)pods and I've eaten those in fairly large quantities in meals for the past couple years with no issues BUT I couldn't find the link to that paper so take that just as one first -hand account - not proven fact. Sam Thayer discusses the human food-use of this plant in his book and recommends thorough cooking if you're going to try eating the mature seeds.
