There is literally nothing left in the tank. You’ve been running on empty for a while and nothing seems to be helping.
Not the weekends away. Not the holidays. Not getting a solid 8 hours sleep.
This is the kind of tired that is to the bone. And even after a break you’re back to running on empty within the first day.
Welcome to burnout. Where you’ve pushed yourself so hard for so long, that no matter what you do, you can’t find that spring in your step anymore.
The issue is that you are doing too much, taking on too many things, being everything for everyone. And something has to give.
