@Jesus Ruiz For me I would say becoming so well known that other countries would invite me to speak. Being a felon I wouldn't be allowed to travel to many countries and that would be a reminder of what I'm missing out on. I am hoping to get my felony dropped down to a misdemeanor. How about you? What would your answer be for the same question?
Question
There is a guy in Skool who is posting in my comments section and we do not have any groups in common. He's selling some AI thing in my comments and he didn't even ask for my permission. If we do not have any groups in common how is this possible. Now I'm nervous thinking that he can come in and post nonsense under my name. He's commented on one of my posts in all of my groups trying to sell some AI program for kids. Any help is appreciated. Seeing as we don't have any groups in common how is he even able to read my posts?

Emotional Intelligence and Critical Thinking Skills For Leadership
It's been quite awhile since I've done a Book Review so here you go Book Review: Emotional Intelligence & Critical Thinking Skills For Leadership by Stewart Hunter Overview Stewart Hunter’s Emotional Intelligence & Critical Thinking Skills For Leadership is a practical guide aimed at helping readers enhance their leadership abilities by developing both emotional intelligence (EQ) and critical thinking. The book is structured as a “2-in-1” resource, offering 20 actionable strategies to boost EQ, improve social skills, and strengthen self-awareness, all with the goal of becoming a more effective leader. Key Themes Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The book emphasizes the importance of EQ in understanding others, managing relationships, and fostering cooperation. Hunter breaks down the five pillars of EQ and explains how they are essential for leaders in any context, from sports teams to large corporations. Critical Thinking: In a world flooded with information, the ability to discern fact from fiction is highlighted as a core leadership skill. The book teaches how to identify cognitive biases, make objective decisions, and act as a fair mediator. Leadership Development: Hunter argues that leadership is not an inborn trait but a skill set that can be developed. The book provides step-by-step guidance on building self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and cognitive skills, with practical examples and tests for self-assessment. Holistic Impact: The author connects leadership skills to broader life areas, including personal relationships, parenting, and financial decision-making, underscoring that strong leadership benefits all aspects of life. Strengths Actionable Strategies: The book offers clear, step-by-step methods and real-life applications, making it accessible for readers at any leadership level. Comprehensive Approach: By combining emotional intelligence with critical thinking, Hunter provides a well-rounded toolkit for modern leaders. Motivational Tone: The writing is encouraging and designed to inspire immediate action, helping readers feel empowered to improve.

@Jesus Ruiz I just ordered this book so I haven't read it yet. As for my favorite books, whenit comes down to personal development I love Jose Silva's books. I love the four agreements. The Four Agreements is about Toltec wisdom and covers 4 important areas of our lives. Think and grow rich and How to make friends and influence people are both classics. Right now I am going through Philosophy for Dummies and Self Hypnosis for Dummies. What books are you reading, and what are your favorite books.?

Battle Plan vs War Strategy
Battle Plan vs. War Strategy In life, we are told to set goals, but few are taught how to set them. Look at your goals as having a war strategy and a battle plan. If you go to war, you don't just go out and start fighting. First, you have to have a war strategy. That is a strategy for as long as the war is fought. Look 20, 30, or 40 years down the road. Where do you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you wish to accomplish, etc? That is your war strategy. Now, you have to come up with battle plans. Wars no longer consist of just one battle. On your journey path towards reaching your goals, you will face many obstacles in your path. People will try to keep you from reaching your goals through negative talk, holding you back, put downs and insults, etc. You may face job loss, bad economy, etc. You can even end up in prison for a crime you didn't commit. Leonard Peltier spent 50 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. You have to have a plan for each battle, or chances are you will not reach your ultimate goal. You will never win any battles in your comfort zone. If you want to learn how to fly, you'll eventually have to be pushed over the edge. When I was an amateur boxer, I was successful because I prepared well for each fight. I studied amateur boxers who I might have to face, and I looked for strengths and weaknesses, and then I came up with a strategy for each fighter. I would take a notebook with me to the fights, and when I saw something, I would write it down. I also had a plan in case I had to make adjustments. For example, one of my opponents fought equally well out of the Southpaw and Orthodox stance. I was expecting him to fight Orthodox, which he did for the first half of the first round, and then he switched to a Southpaw stance, which threw me off for about a second. I was able to adjust quickly because I prepared for it during training. That was my battle plan. I won the battle in that fight, and I also won the war because my hand was lifted after the scorecards were announced. I hope that this helps.
