Hi everyone! As the year comes to an end, it’s a great time to reflect on what a crazy and fast year 2025 has been. I’d love to hear about a health-related goal you accomplished this year.
I’ll start 🤍 One goal I set for myself was becoming more consistent with eating all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This year was challenging and chaotic, but I’m proud to say I stayed committed, nourished my body, and discovered some recipes along the way that I truly loved!
