Movement That Feels Good
You don’t need a “workout.” You need movement that feels good.Stretch, walk, dance, breathe… whatever helps your body feel good. I have personally been doing more yoga lately, and it’s been such a shift. My body responds so much better to this than to rigorous workouts. There’s something powerful about slowing down, tuning in, and actually listening to what your body is asking for instead of pushing it. What kind of movement felt good for you today? AG

This is so true! Recently I was on vacation and they offered stretching classes every other day. I felt like a new person ! I would love to try to incorporate a stretching class, but don’t even know if they exist around here. And then there’s the issue of my daily schedule :( Work gets in the way !!
