Does your crew have a tradition of any kind? A favorite race? Let's learn a bit about one another! Here's my crew - Malia Racing - at our favorite race in the world, the Quebec Cup which is held in Montreal every September. We started a tradition of taking a circular photo like this each time we race there... it's always fun getting everyone in place. Lots of "owww you're on my head!" and giggles as people try and get situated. It's a fun team exercise in itself!
