This morning, Kairo passed her Mantrailing Global Level 1 Assessment! She completed a perfect trail in under 5 minutes (maximum time is 30 minutes) - so proud of her!

So proud of both dogs at the multi-rally today! Lots of small wins, but the biggest win was Amigo placing 2nd out of 16! Despite my inability to throw the dumbbell straight, he nailed his retrieve over a jump and took the jump in both directions. Our only downfall was send away, which knocked us out of 1st, but the other exercises were solid. Interestingly, his heel free was better at slow pace - maybe I need to adjust my speed in competition. Kairo entered as a training round, so we were able to bring a toy into the ring. I wasn’t sure whether she’d play with an audience, but she stayed engaged for the whole round! I need to remember to play BEFORE the first exercise, as well as after each exercise. Kairo’s biggest win was a clear recall!

I’m still amazed at how well Fred is doing with welcoming my daughter’s kitten Reggie into the family. At best I was hoping he wouldn’t bark & lunge at him! Never in a million years did I think they’d be sleeping on sofa together 🥳🥳🥳 @Lynda Comerford you were right 😁

Nice cool morning so I took him for a scent search to the scary cafe! He did amazing. It’s like when he’s working he doesn’t worry about anything else. There is no way he would have gone near these doors without a mission! I’m so happy and we celebrated with a good play. I might do couple more searches like this and then some play near the doors when the cafe is open.

At this shoot, Dee only needed to do a stay. At some point I was asked if she can wear a hat. I genuinely didn't know as I've never tried. She certainly can 😂😂😂
