Garden growth & blueberry patch found

Took Bella for a walk despite the humidity and bugs and found a beautiful blueberry patch! My purple potatoes look so luscious! Some of my seedlings i started have bounced back and look good others not so much but it is what it is this year. Hopefully next year goes better after seeing everything in motion this year. Can’t believe the rhubarb is flourishing like it is! Two harvest off them and they look too good! My strawberries are starting to develop! Cant wait to try them! Peas are slowly getting there, no flowers yet.

Question-when should i stop harvesting the rhubarb to let it save energy for winter? Should i let it flower after I’m done harvesting or should i continue to chop the flower stalks?
