🔥 NOVEMBER–DECEMBER TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE STARTS NOW 🔥
I may not have all the content loaded yet, and that's okay. I don't want that to delay your progress. I designed this challenge as a guide to get you into healthy habits during this chaotic and generally unhealthy season we are approaching. By committing to this, by New Year's you will already be well into your goal while others will be just getting started. This isn't about perfection or pushing harder. This is our reset, our rebuild, and our return to feeling clear, strong, and grounded. We're focusing on the 4 pillars that create real change: ✨ FOOD – Balanced meals, stable energy ✨ FITNESS – Supportive movement that strengthens ✨ FAITH – Daily alignment, not just discipline ✨ FASTING – Rotational fasting that restores, not punishes How it works: 1. Choose your level for each pillar (they don't have to match) 2. Choose one daily action for each pillar 3. Check in consistently 4. Miss a day? Begin again tomorrow. No guilt. I'm so excited to have you here! Here's what's happening currently: I'm actively building out the content in this community. Progress update
This month was full of up and downs as I tried to transition from a ketosis diet to counting macros and eating carbs. I gained and gained and mentally I realized I just don’t do well on carbs. I took Jessicas advice and decided to carb cycle Friday and Saturday and stay in ketosis the other days. I am already feeling so much better as I am back in ketosis. Bloat is gone, aches are gone and mentally doing much better.

This month I'm finalizing all the course material, and in January we're officially launching as a paid community. Progress Update/End of Year Challenge
Hey everyone! Here’s my accountability update for the November-December challenge. I’ve maintained the 10 pounds I’ve lost and I’m super happy since I have 6 more weeks until I deliver the baby. This method really helps not just my physical health, but I primarily did it for my mental health. It’s helped tremendously. I’ve gotten a lot of clarity and downloads from God. Even though it is hard to obey what He tells us to do, I can at least know I’m using sound judgment because my mind is so clear. I’m not needing to regulate my nervous system most the day like I was before. I also went viral on TikTok which I couldn’t believe. The mental and spiritual clarity is top notch, plus I feel good in my body too. Energy, happiness 😊. Have a great weekend!
