"Ghayal hoon, isliye ghatak hoon." (I am wounded, that’s why I am dangerous.) A few things I learned after watching "Dhurandhar" You have to let go of your old identity to get what you want. In the film, Ranveer Singh completely transforms himself - from a soldier in the Indian Army to an underworld power center. He plays the role of Hamza Ali. The story moves through crime, geopolitics, and the rise of power. Two dialogues stayed with me: 1. Sabra aur Nazar (patience and focus) 2. “Ghayal hoon, isliye ghatak hoon” (I am wounded, that’s why I am dangerous) Your corporate burnout isn't a weakness. It is your market research. The pain you feel in your 9-to-5 is the exact fuel you need to build your exit. Here’s what I learned as a coach and creator: 1️⃣ Long games beat loud moves The mission in the movie spans 10 years—we see it in just over 3 hours. There’s no virality. No shortcut. Real impact is built quietly, patiently, deliberately. → As creators, consistency > spikes. We are playing long-term games with long-term people. 2️⃣ Identity is leverage Hamza survives because he becomes the environment. He shares his expertise not by announcing it, but by blending in. → Coaches don’t win by claiming authority. They win by earning relevance. 3️⃣ Information beats intensity The most powerful scenes aren’t action-heavy. They’re intelligence-heavy. → In content, clarity converts more than motivation. The game of coaching and content is learning, unlearning, and sharing. 4️⃣ Trust is currency (and a weapon) You hear it often—even the underworld runs on trust. The most deadly weapon is trust. It wins hearts. Every alliance in the film has an expiry date. Power flows to the one who controls trust. → As coaches, how we handle trust decides our longevity. 5️⃣ Pacing matters The film is long—three and a half hours—and demands time. → Not every idea fits into a reel. I am not an influencer - I am a coach. One way Monetizing your expertise. Let's talk about monetizing your expertise. What I have been saying and that’s what Palki also said similar: 1. Don’t quit your job emotionally 2. Start parallel without quitting your job. 3. Pick you Niche 4. Treat it like your business not your hobby 5. Keep building your digital assets. This isn’t about going viral. This is about monetizing your expertise sustainably. The creator economy is not a lottery. It’s a long game. Play it right — and the trillion-dollar future isn’t hype. It’s strategy.

Who Is Actually Making Money in India’s Creator Economy?
Stop learning in a loop
On a recent call I was speaking to one of my mentees. He is good at his subject but stuck in the learning loop. He is learning from courses, books, YouTube and various places. He is even learning from me. Even after learning so much - when I ask in weekly accountability calls for the actions done - they are only one or two. Last week during the accountability call - I asked him to create 1 min of short content on his topic. I taught him live. He recorded one. He was overjoyed. I asked him “what he would do for the next 7 days?” He was super happy to say he will do the same. Then the next day there was small group training to create an ebook. I was expecting these two in the week's accountability call but both were missing. It is not his story. It is your and mine story. The missing link here is “deadline”. “Clarity + a deadline beats talent without a system.” When I did my landmark Introductory Leaders programme - The game I played was “delare and play”. Iincreasing the power of declaration and making it happen. “I would declare first and then work towards it.” At times I asked “what if I am unable to do?” I want to play the game “Undercommit over deliver” I was playing all mind games but the game was to declare and play. When I played declare and play game - I won may not big but won. Otherwise I was stuck in the loop. May be a short 1 minute video. Declare here and let's play the game. Most professionals I speak with have the knowledge. They don’t have the system. So they keep “learning” and never finish anything. Here’s the easy framework we gave the cohort: Declare a clear, small deliverable (e.g., 1 eBook, 1 post on x / linkedin / meta). Block daily focus time — treat it like a meeting, not a hope. Ship 1 piece per day (1 reel → 7 reels in a week). Plug into a simple funnel (landing page → traffic → test).

You are back at home after finishing your office work… For the hundredth time, you tell yourself, tonight, I’ll finally start monetizing my expertise. You plan to watch videos. Read content.
