One of the biggest things I don’t see defensive linemen work on enough is their stance.
It’s simple.
Wake up and do stance holds.
Load the front leg.
Flat back.
Eyes up on your visual key.
From there, everything gets easier, especially your get-off.
Do stance holds every morning and you’ll already be better than last year.
