Class Structure
I was curious to know how other instructors structure their classes? How long do you conduct class and if you use a curriculum.
For example, my current fundamentals class is 24 classes and each class is an hour and structured like this:
Warm-up: 10-15min
Standing Move: 15-20min
Ground Move: 20-25min
Review Drill if time allows
I try to get all of this within an hour. Sometimes it’s a struggle to fit all of that in the time frame. Any feedback and/or insight would help.
