Does flow rolling help improve one’s sensitivity to ‘invisible jiu-jitsu’ or do we need resistance? or both? I’m a huge fan of flow rolling 👍🏻 Please share your insight!

Focus for the week (Nutrition)
Eat healthy this week. If you already eat healthy then try fasting. If eating healthy is difficult then try one meal a day as a healthy meal. If that is too hard then try every other day one healthy meal. Just like jiujitsu, we can vary the resistance and stress of a task. Consistency beats intensity.

💯reducing refined sugar does wonders! fasting, especially, if you can get into the phase of autophagy (I think around the 15+hr mark) has so much science behind it!!

@Kevin Cox I’ve seen Henry teach the version where you flatten the person out many times. I wouldn’t necessarily coin it a “Chris vs Henry” back take 👍🏻
