@Jason Reno people love this one. It is a good move but once you understand people love it easy to shut down with weight distribution. . All moves have a counter so not shitting on it by any means . Maybe you have a detail I have never seen before.

@Jason Reno be real cool to see a video. Always open to learning.
Biggest Takeaway from a Private, Camp, or Seminar
What is the single most valuable takeaway (advice or technique) you’ve gotten from a private, camp, or seminar? Mine was advice from a camp with Henry Akins, originally passed down from Rickson: “Training is in the mind.” The lesson is that you don’t necessarily need the best training partners to get good at jiu-jitsu—your focus, intent, and awareness can carry your training a long way.

That is some amazing advice. Thanks for sharing that. Awareness is the game. The biggest advice I got was from Chris Burns. He said what ever they are doing do the opposite. This clicked. Especially for creating defenses to moves. Once you understand connection and apply this concept my whole game leveled up.

Here is a different look at the trap and roll aka upa. The head movement made a huge detail for me so wanted to share.

@Jason Reno that small detail can change your game big time. Glad you liked the cheat code and can share with your students. That is what is all about. Everyone getting better. Stoked.
