The One Follow-Up Text That Reopens Dead Leads
Everybody's got a graveyard of dead leads. Most agents never touch them again.
Send this to 10 of them today:
"Hey [Name] — still thinking about a move this year, or did you decide to stay put? Either way's fine, just cleaning up my list."
It gives them an easy out, so more of them actually reply. Silence is the only bad outcome.
