This week, what actually worked for me was the dumbest video I’ve probably ever posted.

By dumb, I mean simple.

A water heater exploded at one of my Texas properties during the cold

My property manager sent me the video.

That’s it.

I had zero expectations.

I wasn’t trying to educate.

I wasn’t trying to go viral.

I just needed to post that day for trial reels.

I knew water heaters can be inside or outside.

I just didn’t expect the internet to lose its mind.

Result so far:

Lesson: Consistency beats perfection. Simple beats smart. Posting beats planning.
